PaloAlto311 is a multi-platform solution for providing Palo Alto residents, businesses, and visitors access to a set of local government-provided services, 24-hours a day, 7 days a week. With this smartphone app, service requests such as reporting a street issue is easily submitted by completing a short description of the request. A picture of the issue can be included in order to provide additional details. The app will automatically know the issue location and will ensure that the issue is sent to the appropriate department at the City. It is absolutely dreadful and almost impossible to get anything done and I can imagine, what numb skull but this thing together ### 1/5 — Worst app ever, waste of space. *2024-04-10* Android version is useless. Hoping the Apple version is better. I don’t have much hope. Back to emailing the city department or calling voice mail. ### 1/5 — Crashes! *2021-11-26* Used several times to great effect. Now tried 3 times and app and 1 time on website and they ALL CRASHED! Now it won’t sign up with new password or skip. ### 3/5 — A step back from the previous version *2020-02-12* Even slower than the last version to display notifications (now called alerts). Frequently shows a blank screen for an alert after churning away for several minutes. Still now apparent way of dismissing alerts that one’s viewed. A pity.
