It is absolutely dreadful and almost impossible to get anything done and I can imagine, what numb skull but this thing together ### 1/5 — Worst app ever, waste of space. *2024-04-10* Android version is useless. Hoping the Apple version is better. I don’t have much hope. Back to emailing the city department or calling voice mail. ### 1/5 — Crashes! *2021-11-26* Used several times to great effect. Now tried 3 times and app and 1 time on website and they ALL CRASHED! Frequently shows a blank screen for an alert after churning away for several minutes. Still now apparent way of dismissing alerts that one’s viewed. A pity.
