Stronger week by week. PALOFIT creates a personal training program designed to build strength and muscle, improve body composition, and support recovery in the right balance. The program adapts to your fitness level, goals, and daily life, with detailed exercise instructions.

Train at the gym or at home. Log sets and weights with a single tap. PALOFIT works as your personal coach — telling you what to do, when and why.

PALOFIT requires an auto-renewable subscription. New users get a 14-day free trial. The subscription begins when the trial ends. Pricing and terms are shown before purchase, and you can manage or cancel your subscription in the App Store.
