### 5/5 — Best idea-app ever !

*2024-02-12*

I have to say I was skeptical at first, but I figured for the price it was worth a try to join Paloma and I will say I have never felt better after I met with an endocrinologist with Paloma and also also a nutritionist. Very well-rounded full care treatment plan.
For the first time in two years, I don’t feel like I need to lay down and take a nap in the afternoon. I have my energy back and really feel comfortable that I have a place that understands Hashimoto’s and hypothyroidism.

### 5/5 — LALA

*2023-04-24, version 1.1.19*

I like this app it has been my friend

### 5/5 — Thyroid app

*2023-04-20*

I’ve learned a great deal about how the thyroid functions and the impact of a poor functioning thyroid has on the overall body. All of this before anything even popped up that would cost me any money. The program focus on me, my goals, my skill set, and allowed me the option of going all in or easing into the elimination stage of the program. This is critical for me. I am not an all or nothing person.

### 1/5 — Do not recommend

*2026-07-27*

I had a very disappointing experience with Paloma Health.

My provider recommended that I get an iron infusion due to my iron deficiency, but then refused to sign the order required for me to actually receive the treatment. That left me scrambling to find a primary care physician solely to sign paperwork for something their own provider had already recommended. It caused unnecessary delays, additional medical appointments, and extra out-of-pocket expenses—all while my iron level was 7, which is not something that should be taken lightly.

In my experience, Paloma Health is fine if your condition is straightforward and you’re relatively healthy. However, when a more serious issue arises that requires coordination of care, I felt completely abandoned. To make matters worse, they refused to issue any refund, saying I had already “used their services” twice, despite the fact that I was left without the support needed to follow through on their own treatment recommendation.

Patients dealing with significant health issues deserve continuity of care, clear communication, and providers willing to complete the necessary documentation for the treatment they recommend. Unfortunately, that was not my experience with Paloma Health.

### 1/5 — Curious now disappointed

*2026-01-25*

I suffer a constellation of diseases and disorders and unable to find an internist. I have vague understandings of the symptoms related to my issues and so do my doctors. I was hoping this app would help me convey my day to day to better inform my doctors and myself to hasten an accurate diagnosis and prognosis. Sadly like many apps in the patient help field this one is broken. Every time I open a text window to explain symptoms the continue button gets covered by the keyboard and there is now way to complete the task.

This is the 4th app I downloaded this past 30 min related to symptom tracking and they all fail in this respect. This is now the 4th app I’ll be deleting in the past 30 min as well.

### 1/5 — AI has no empathy during government shutdown

*2025-11-08, version 1.1.55*

I’ve been a long time customer and I’ve recommended this to everyone I know with thyroid issues. I have been affected by government shutdown and asked for a 90 day medicine supply until I could get caught up on bills. Absolutely not. I had to pay for test kit, subscription, and medicine without insurance. It’s tough right now.

### 1/5 — Still horrible doctors

*2025-04-19, version 1.1.51*

I was told wonderful things about this company and how they treat their patients. But they’ve only given me the run around again and refused to actually address the fact that I’m still experiencing symptoms. Would not recommend, they’ll just gaslight you into thinking you’re the problem.

### 1/5 — Service is good app is horrible

*2024-08-22, version 1.1.33*

spend more time trying to get the app to work, messages to open, find my labs than I do seeing the doctors or getting bloodwork. The payment portion works fine but the rest is nearly impossible and since the messaging feature is so bad you can’t even ask someone to help you because you have to message them

### 1/5 — Cannot recommend

*2023-02-06*

Do not use if you have mild hypothyroidism or Hashimoto. They cannot do anything for you, beyond recommending a restricted diet.

I was told by one of their doctors that her license was on the line and I might die if she prescribed me medication because my numbers were slightly below her measure of 2.5 for TSH. I was disturbed by this hyperbole and asked for a refund. I was told no refund was available so I had to eat the cost of membership and that appointment.

If you have severe issues and can’t get a decent physician, this might help. As for me, it was a really depressing failure.

**Developer response:** We appreciate you sharing your feedback, and we're sorry that your experience with Paloma Health wasn't as expected! Our team will be in touch via phone so we can work together to find a solution.

### 2/5 — App not working

*2024-02-08, version 1.1.25*

I use Paloma for labs, follow them on instagram, and watch their YouTube videos. However, the app currently is not working well at all. Already went to App Store to look for an update. Nope. Really disappointed.

### 3/5 — Spotty App

*2025-09-23, version 1.1.55*

The app often doesn’t allow you to login. It’s not a user friendly system that is not direct in navigation. Requires a lot of searching to find what you want.

### 4/5 — Paloma

*2024-06-22, version 1.1.25*

This app is helping me to stay strong on my journey!

### 4/5 — Great app, but more symptom entries should be allowed

*2021-02-19*

I got this app recently and I’m so happy I did. There seems to be a lot of good information and I’ll be seeing my GP soon and getting a referral for an endocrinologist so that I can coordinate the AIP diet and figure out what my body needs and doesn’t need. The only complaint I have right now is that I think it would be much more beneficial and accurate to be able to access the symptoms tracker more than once a day. Sometimes symptoms come and go. Some last longer than others, and some last for a while but not for the whole day. It would be good if we could a symptom as it appears and enter the time it started and time it ended.

**Developer response:** This is a great suggestion, Mariyka—thank you! Glad the information is useful to you!

A lot of learning here.

### 5/5 — So far 👍🏼

*2025-11-30, version 1.1.55*

I’ve only used this app a few days but I like the symptom tracking. It’s great for a free app!

### 5/5 — No Need to Suffer Any Longer

*2025-06-02*

I suffered with symptoms for a very long time while struggling with my PCP trying to convince them it was my thyroid. With a nursing background, I knew the hair loss, brain fog, fatigue, anxiety, insomnia and weight gain all pointed to my hypothyroidism worsening. Paloma was an answer to my prayers. The cost is insignificant compared to the relief I received. I’m so grateful for these providers.

### 5/5 — Lots of info

*2025-05-18, version 1.1.51*

It’s been really easy to use. Lots of information

### 5/5 — fun and informative

### 5/5 — Great Comfort

*2024-07-13, version 1.1.25*

Going thru all these things makes me feel together

### 5/5 — So far, so good.

*2024-07-03*

I just downloaded and plan to start the 12 week program. I have not had to pay anytyet so I'm hoping that doesn't change but there is excellent information and the structure of the site is great.

### 5/5 — Awesome app

*2024-06-22, version 1.1.25*

Great to help with Hashimoto!!!

### 5/5 — Sound Advice

*2024-02-23*

The information is placed in your finger tips!
Read it, digest it and begin to use and apply it!
It only makes since! I’m new to this app but I have found it to be so far , invaluable!!

### 5/5 — Best for Hashimoto’s!

*2024-02-16, version 1.1.25*
