## What is Palora?

Keeping personal glucose records organized over time can be challenging. Palora provides simple wellness tracking tools that help you manually record, review, and organize your glucose and related daily information in one place.

Record your wellness information

Palora allows you to manually enter fasting and 2-hour post-meal glucose readings. You can select whether a reading came from a fingerstick meter or your own continuous glucose monitoring device.

You may also add optional information such as medication name and dose, diet, exercise type and duration, symptoms, notes, blood pressure, and weight. These details help you maintain an organized personal record that you can review later or discuss with a qualified healthcare professional.

Palora does not measure blood glucose using iPhone sensors and does not automatically retrieve glucose values from a medical device. All glucose values shown in the app are entered by the user or copied by the user from their own glucose device.

Review records and trends

Palora organizes your entries into history views, summary statistics, and glucose trend charts. You can review fasting and 2-hour post-meal records over time and export a PDF wellness summary for your personal records.

General glucose reference labels, wellness information, and glucose tips shown in the app include clearly visible citations and links to maintained public-health sources from the World Health Organization and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Community and mutual encouragement

Palora includes a community where users can share daily wellness check-ins, exchange general lifestyle experiences, and encourage one another to maintain consistent recording habits.

Community content may be reviewed. Users can report inappropriate content and block other users to help maintain a safer environment. Information shared by community members represents their personal experience and should not be treated as professional medical advice.
