I have never encountered such terrible customer service as I have with Palpay. Their support team is nearly impossible to reach, and when you finally get through, you’re met with unhelpful responses and endless automated messages. I had an issue that have To be solved.

The wait times are ridiculously long, It feels like they don’t care about their customers at all.

سيء جدا لا يتم الرد على اي من رسائلي في اي منصه من منصاتهم سواء فيسبوك او واتس اب حتى على الارقام الموجود تعامل سيء جدا لا انصح باستخدامه 
(بعين الله على هيك خدمه وبسببها الغيت بطاقتي وقصيتها ما بيلزم هيك خدمه سيئة )

Subject: Urgent Request – SMS Alerts, OTP Verification, and New Payment Features

Dear PalPay – Mahfazati Support Team,

I am facing an important issue with the application. Currently, notifications are only sent inside the app, which is not secure enough. Sometimes the app does not work properly, or users may not notice in-app alerts on time.

Here is my experience as an example:
I transferred 500 NIS (the daily limit). Later, my friend used my phone and sent 100 NIS to a restaurant without my permission. I did not receive any SMS alert for this transaction, only an in-app notification, which I did not notice.

2. Security and Authorization:
	•	Currently, it seems possible to send money without proper verification.
	•	I strongly recommend implementing OTP (One-Time Password) verification before any transaction.
	•	This will prevent unauthorized transfers and protect users’ funds.

3. Additional Suggested Features:
	•	Enable payment via code using mobile number without internet connection.
	•	Integrate or link JawwalPay and Quds Smart into the app to allow users to make direct and seamless transfers.

Implementing these features will make the app more secure, reliable, and user-friendly, especially in the difficult circumstances we are experiencing in Gaza.
