Slow and annoying app. ### 1/5 — SO many bugs *2026-01-03* This app is not functional. Pls delete it or improve it so its usable. Check in process is completely screwed up. I cant access in room dining coz it keeps saying connect primary phone when my ph is the primary. I was able to do it for one day of the stay and then it randomly stopped working. Frustrating!! Two out of three downloads, it doesnt let u select a past date for arrival date. So for ur qa people, if u r not able to recreate the issue in one try, try multiple times. Past dates are disabled, i uninstalled, reinstalled the app and then it was enabled again. **Developer response:** Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed review. Clicking sign-up after entering information does nothing. Would love to have an account so I can set-up dinner reservations, etc. ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work *2025-12-04, version 1.32* This app literally does not work. Many glitches, slow, useless. It’s pretty but it can’t do basic things. I like many others cannot do the pre-check in. I’m able to take a picture of my passport but the process stalls at the weird liveliness check. No oval appears and you cannot more forward in the process. I reinstalled the app, ask ai for help, and sought advice from the Facebook page. The impact is I cannot schedule any reservations for my stay. This is not a value-added tool. **Developer response:** We regret that the app did not work as expected for you, especially during such an important part of your stay. It worked at some point but it’s not anymore ### 1/5 — Can’t check in or find booking *2025-08-08, version 1.31* I’m trying to use this for an upcoming trip to UNICO 20 87, but an error message comes up when trying to check in and find booking. Because of that, I plan to use this only for restaurant menus and the activity schedule. If I want to make a dinner reservation, I’ll just message my local host on WhatsApp. ### 1/5 — Does not work on iphone 16 pro but is ok on my husband’s iPhone 15 *2025-07-30* Please fix this bug to work universally across iphones. I can’t even get onto each tab at the bottom or set up account initially like my husband on his 15. I can however go under the Unico location and search through the restaurant for potential reservations. Have not tried to complete the process sense we are still over 1 month away. ### 1/5 — Terrible design *2025-07-02, version 1.30* Unable to use any of the functions and while at the hotel, nobody was able to help us. ### 1/5 — unable to make dinner reservations *2025-06-22, version 1.30* tried many times to make dinner reservations in advance of our stay. i neede a table for 4 (2 rooms with 2 people). got a null error every time i tried. had to set up with concierge. (who was very helpful). ### 1/5 — Unable to login *2025-06-07, version 1.30* Updated to latest version on ios18.4. Taping on Login does not display login popup for username and password. App appears to be broken. ### 1/5 — Can't even log in. *2025-06-05* The screen occasionally flashes a little hint of the log in screen if I press the bottom menu buttons, but you can't actually log in or do anything. I'm down here at the Hard Rock Punta Cana and was hoping to use this a little at least. But it's a non functional app and I'm not sure why they are recommending it. I'd be too embarrassed if I developed it or was the RCD company. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Blind monkeys could do better *2026-05-01* Easily one of the worst apps in the history of apps. Blind monkeys are capable of creating an online restaurant reservations system. PAMs app developers apparently are not. ### 1/5 — Utterly useless *2026-04-02* Literally nothing works, cant retrieve reservation, useless for anything else. Utter waste of space. ### 1/5 — Needs a lot of work *2026-03-17* I was encouraged by the staff to download this app because “it’s amazing”. I beg to differ on its usefulness. It seemed more like the staff doesn’t want face to face interactions anymore just use the app. The app has language options, but if you choose English only the restaurant reservations are in English. Many of the menus and options within the menu. I was trying to ask for towels because housekeeping took ours and didn’t replace them. I could not read the options under service. The spa menu is nearly illegible between the pdf download and the font color/page color. Go through the app on a phone to test your product. ### 1/5 — Can’t get through pre-check in *2026-03-16* I can’t enter my husband’s information in the pre-check in section. A passport or ID is required, but it doesn’t show a field to enter the information. You can’t move forward without entering the information. ### 1/5 — Pre checkin doesn’t work *2026-02-17* Don’t bother with this app for pre checkin. I have three adults in a room and it is requiring email, home address, phone numbers and passport info. The problem is there is no field to enter the actual passport data and it won’t save the other details without it. Completely useless ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2026-02-08* The app doesn’t work at all. It can’t save anything. It won’t hardly load ever. I’m not even sure how it’s supposed to work because it doesn’t seem to do anything. ### 1/5 — Not working properly *2026-02-04* Unfortunately all I am able to do is pull my reservation. I am not able to complete precheck in. The app just freezes. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2026-01-29, version 1.35* You must choose an arrival date plus your name and confirmation number to use the app. The problem is, if you don’t do this on the first day, the calendar blocks out prior days making it impossible to use. Selecting the current date just gives you a “not valid” page. Worthless. ### 1/5 — Terrible App *2026-01-26, version 1.35* They require all guest information to be updated before continuing, however there are so many glitches in the form I’m unable to proceed. For example, I’m Canadian and when I go to write my postal code it will only allow me to enter numbers. I then cannot save and proceed because the postal code is in an incorrect format. Also, the guest verification through the document passport is ridiculously long. I can’t even properly add my husband. Needless to say I’ve been unable to even use the app. ### 1/5 — worst app ever made *2026-01-24, version 1.35* do not waste your time with this headache of an app. horrible is every single way. anything you try to do doesn't work.
