The PamFax charged me $0.09 even when PamFax encountered an error during transmission. I want my remaining balance (credit) back and there’s no documentation on how to get my unused credit. This used to be a good tool but it’s not working for me. Most time it will not send and when you do resend it will charge again your account. Just going through the frustration doesn’t worth it. Stay away from this software and look elsewhere. I was inside my house thinking maybe it’s the service inside there nope, I came outside to resend it and same thing.
