So far I have not heard anything back from them about ‘accepting the order’ which apparently is the next step, after which delivery will be arranged. So I am apparently in a binding contract at my end, but at their end, they haven’t accepted the order, and my money is sitting in their bank account. Their 1-800 customer care line goes through to a German speaking voicemail. I Would absolutely avoid purchasing again. I’ve had great experiences with 1stdibs, Chairish and Etsy. These people are either grossly incompetent or actually crooks - I guess time will tell. Their Trustpilot reviews are in line with my experience.
