And when my husband went in with the paper coupon they don’t accept it either saying it’s not working! They really don’t know about this. Now I have over almost 40 bucks and didn’t want to use it cuz I don’t want to experience having to go and explain with the staff again. ### 1/5 — Redemption Fail *2026-08-14, version 3.2623.3* After saving for years, I redeemed some of my points for a gift card to use in store at Walmart on a Pampers product. As I presented it to the cashier, she immediately knew that it wouldn’t work, as it’s a known issue with Walmart and Pampers. She tried to redeem the gift card regardless and was unsuccessful. I left paying full price. At home I opened a ticket with Pampers three weeks ago and have yet to hear back. Parents, don’t waste your time scanning codes or inputting numbers for a company that isn’t going to honour its gift cards or even respond to your service request.
