I have installed video door bell just fifteen days ago . No after sales service. Request Panasonic team to solve my problem Very buggy app and device. Practically very unreliable. The device looses wifi connectivity randomly and then doesnt even try to connect! App is quite useless. Doesnt provide even basic functionality like wifi reconnect .. forget about wifi change!
