Change item and same thing, over and over. Save time and just phone! ### 1/5 — Good thing this is for a phone *2025-03-18, version 2.8.13* The app doesn’t actually allow you to place an order. Thankfully I was able to use my phone to call and order pizza - otherwise my family would have starved. ### 1/5 — Cart Finalize Error *2025-02-15, version 2.8.13* Can’t place an order from your website or the mobile app. HTTP 400 bad request. Trying to setup an account was painful and couldn’t be bothered to waste the time. Password restrictions are only mentioned after you’ve entered it twice and then they flash on the screen for a second and it’s cutoff so you can only see half of the password restrictions. Why isn’t this on the screen full time when you are picking a password. These are basic app concepts. Went elsewhere for a food app. So because of a poor app how many future food orders will they lose. On an iPhone 14 with latest iOS. App Store shows that it hasn’t been updated in over a year, and from what I recall of it working a couple of months ago. It was clunky and cumbersome to use. I stopped ordering from Panago years ago because the app and website never work. I thought they must have fixed it to stop the loss of business but nope. Still cant order from the app or the website. Thanks again! ### 1/5 — Does not do the one thing it needs to do *2025-08-16* After setting up an order, which is itself janky, by the way, you try to pay and it just gives an error. Every other app has no issue with this. If you want business, here’s a tip for you: try making it so that customers can select and pay for the things you are selling.
