If I type it in it says it can't find it. All the times I have tried this has been the case. It is not my spelling or a typo it just does not work. During my visit, my profiles were mixed up and I couldn’t access my kids’ birthday vouchers. Tafadzwa went above and beyond - he patiently contacted customer care not once, but twice, ensuring that my correct account was located. Despite being busy, he remained calm, professional, and incredibly patient, even taking our order himself to make sure we had a smooth and enjoyable experience. It’s rare to encounter such genuine dedication and care these days.
