Я не можу зайти далі за екран «enter pairing mode”. 

Я роблю все як в інструкції, проте нічого не відбувається, тільки час від часу викликається Siri. У моїх навушників не загоряться червоний маячок, нічого не відбувається.

Таке відчуття, наче додаток занадто складний, а інструкції абсолютно не дієві.

Дуже зіпсувалося враження про компанію після цієї взаємодії з додатком. У подальшому я буду уникати покупок фірми Panasonic, адже не хочу витрачати свій час та сили даремно для того щоб розібратися з усіма нюансами при налаштуванні гаджетів цієї фірми!

I wish I never brought them. Every few weeks my left headphone won’t work AT ALL. After charging it, it just won’t work. Then it will randomly start working again. Sometimes when they’ve been in the charged case all day, I go to use them to sleep and they are flat. So frustrating, I’m just glad I brought them on sale.

App bietet grundsätzlich alle wichtigen Funktionen.
Der Equalizer ist mit 5 Bändern doch eher recht spartanisch. Hätte mir hier mehr gewünscht.
Leider ist das UI und die Bedienung, vor allem das Feedback über getätigte Aktionen ist katastrophal.
Oft werden diese auch nicht übernommen.

I have several earbuds allot over the years and most don’t work for me these do. I like these because you can get free firmware upgrades and it works. I app is just ok but the noise cancellation is wonderful especially the transparency after you turn off the music you can hear people and talk to them big deal. The sounds are fantastic I have hearing loss so these are loud enough for me. I can wear these in the rain so I am going to keep them. They fit me very well too. They are easy to use and you can change the volume with the touch feature 
Sold :) I did have trouble pairing them and syncing the app but I bought them used from Amazon so many be that is why but I finally got it. I never did figure out these tech support but right now I don’t need them they are simple

Whatever issue people were having in the past, it’s not an issue anymore. The app definitely recognizes my headphones and works as intended. Sure it’s not a particularly nice looking app but it works fine, updated my headphones firmware fine, let me set settings fine, etc. Let’s be honest, how often are you using your headphones app anyway?

RZ-S50Wを購入したが、Bluetoothの接続・解除時のガイダンスの声が大きい。調整出来る様にして欲しい。数秒も無いけど、我慢出来るギリギリのレベル。

自分はよかったと思う。
Panasonicだし悪いとは思ってなかった。
でも☆4つなのは、サウンド調節がいまいちわかりずらいから。ウォークマンとかは結構わかりやすいからそっちになれたからかもしれないけど、もうちょっとわかりやすくなってもいいかなって思った。
それから、Panasonic大好きです。これからも頑張ってください。

こちらのレビューは見られているのでしょうか…？
