App không hiện rõ cụ thể những model đang đợi kích hoạt. Chỉ hiện những model đã kích hoạt thành công khiến người kích hoạt bảo hành rất khó kiểm soát thông tin mình sai (sai do bấm nhầm nút hoặc sai như thế nào đó) và không biết làm như thế nào để khắc phục lỗi sai của mình. 
Thứ 2: có những điểm thưởng mà app không tính cho người kích hoạt (nuốt điểm). Panasonic là công ty của Nhật Bản nên tôi đề nghị bộ phận cây dựng app này phải biết chú ý hơn cho sản ohaamr của mình.
