There is no error message, no response, and no way to access the account. This clearly indicates a serious technical flaw in the login system. Such basic functionality should work flawlessly. The issue needs immediate attention and resolution, as users cannot even log in to access their accounts. Very frustratin ### 1/5 — Login loading goes forever *2026-03-14* Whenever I try login into this app the login loading keeps going on and on after entering the OTP. I am not able to schedule my AC servicing because of this. This is a very irritating. I try to book the service on WhatsApp it gives me a request ID but so far no service engineer has been allocated as well. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE ### 1/5 — Panasonic - A Japanese Brand where mobile app doesn’t work, hygiene! *2026-03-08* Such a reputed Japanese Brand and they can’t make their App work. Post OTP, the App hangs. I doubt if there’s even a n owner of the mobile app at Panasonic India. The last update shows 2 years back on the app. This could be major letdown for existing customers like me and other future customers. Every time I enter the OTP, the app freezes and does not proceed further. This is extremely frustrating and unexpected from a reputed company like Panasonic. Kindly look into this issue and resolve it at the earliest. ### 1/5 — Backend team’s customer specific update doesn’t reflects in the app *2024-10-19* Recently, I purchased a 43” LED TV, which came with a standard one-year warranty and a promotional two-year warranty due to a festive offer. I was advised to buy an additional two-year extended warranty, totaling five years of coverage. However, the app only displays a one-year promotional warranty instead of the promised two years. After contacting customer service, they collaborated with the backend team, but the app still shows only one year of promotional warranty. For the past two weeks, customer service has reached out to me every alternate days sometime multiple times in a day to confirm that the promotional warranty is visible in their system, but it is not reflected in my app, preventing me from purchasing the extended warranty. Multiple times I have shared the screenshot via email to customer service, showing only the one-year promotional warranty alongside the one-year regular warranty being shown in the app. I also logged out and logged in to the app as advised, but the issue persists. It seems that whatever updates the backend team has made in your system are not being accurately reflected in my app. ### 1/5 — Trying to place my service request but unable to do *2024-03-16* I am trying to place my washing machine service request through customer support but it doesn’t helped me. Again I have got to know we can request the service through online platform also. That’s why I have tried to place in this waste Application. But it’s not taking request. It’s very frustrating when customer not getting help. Very disappointing and horrible customer support experience. ### 1/5 — Worst application ever *2024-03-16* This might be worst application i have ever used, the app gets stuck sometimes otp does not generate, and it asks for so many unnecessary information. And when you try fill the form its soo annoying and laggy. I'm trying to book a service and it keeps showing a blank screen. Really tired of this dead apps especially on iOS. ### 1/5 — Pathetic app *2023-09-23* I had booked a service request by mistakenly and now I wanted to cancel that and re book a new one. The app doesn’t load any details and my internet connection is also good and still the issue. Pathetic service. ### 1/5 — Restricting users if you choose to Opt-out from sharing your data *2023-02-28* I don’t want to share any data with you. So I choose to opt-out. And just because I opt-out, now I cant use this application to track my appliances, service requests.. I can’t see My Profile page.
