The app can’t find downloaded music. The sound on the speakers are good but the whole system is extremely temperamental and I have no understanding why the speakers would just stop working for no apparent reason? I have 3 speakers plus SCALL7 CD which was quite expensive and I truly feel given all these very negative reviews we should all be partially refunded and given the opportunity to purchase a more sophisticated version of what we already have at cost price! ### 2/5 — Great hardware undermined by poor software *2024-01-31, version 3.6.8* Bought the SC-ALL7 and 2 on the basis of the great sound and endurance of an analogue Panasonic unit, but have been very disappointed. The audio quality and hardware are excellent, but it’s let down by inadequately developed and supported software. It’s constantly necessary to re-pair the speaker, and rather too frequently to switch off and restart completely. Digital stations ceased to be supported through TuneIn, which was the only way to store as presets (what’s wrong with a URL?), and WiFi connectivity can be flakey, as is the ability of the app to find the units on the network. Leider bietet die App nicht die vollen Funktionen der kleinen Fernbedienung des Heimkino-Audiosystems SC-ALL70T ! Die Fernbedienung ist sehr anfällig, habe schon die dritte, es lässt relativ schnell die Leistung nach, so dass man fast an die Anlage rangehen muss, bevor sie reagiert! Dass die AllPlay Radio App nicht mehr gepflegt wird und kein Ersatz für Quallcom gefunden wurde, ist sehr schade, weil dadurch das System einen gewaltigen Qualitätsverlust erlitten hat. Die bis dahin sehr komfortable Internetradio Nutzung und Speicherung war mit der entscheidende Grund für den Kauf des Systems!!! Either make a proper useful app that can actually adjust settings (like Yamaha) or remove it, currently it's an annoying advertisement of just how little development has been done ### 1/5 — App *2025-11-10, version 3.6.8* The app is awful. However despite a few upgrades too the software app over the years, it continues to frustrate me and I’m now being told through the speakers that the BBC is now turning off the radio support that it has with Panasonic, unless Panasonic enter in new agreement with the BBC! I’m also now led to believe that Panasonic are no longer going to support their product through any further software development and no agreement with the BBC. Handles metadata really well along with album art Also good at finding playlists It also has the useful ability to navigate by folder structure. Plays airable internet radio. Also lets you cast to any DLNA device such as TV and also to bluetooth or Airplay device connected to an audio system Like everything to do with modern IT it has its quirks but after using it for 6 years really happy. Better than VLC i Downloaded this as I have a panasonic TV really by accodent ### 5/5 — Still a staple in our house *2026-04-30, version 3.6.8* I’ve got two Panasonic Sc-All 9 players which have been pumping out excellent quality audio for donkeys’ years. They are capable of great volume, beautifully balanced sound, can be paired up for even louder stereo, can stream in sync in different rooms. Absolutely top quality and the app still works with our new wifi7 mesh system. First class hardware/software system from Panasonic - I’m going to be gutted if anything happens to this setup.
