Besides multiple spelling errors, the questions asked are essentially repeats (i.e. in the neuro section there are multiple questions on the cranial nerves). Do yourself a favor and purchase something else. ### 3/5 — A little unnerving... *2018-11-20* There are a fair amount of grammatical and spelling errors. Some of the explanations are just a little lacking. Because of these issues I am a little nervous about the accuracy of the questions and explanations. I think it could use a little improvement material wise. The question feedback system is a good feature and hopefully this will improve the app. Platform is pretty solid though. It hasn’t crashed on me yet. Overall it’s a good study tool if you’re looking for more questions to prepare for the exam. **Developer response:** Hello! Thanks again! ### 3/5 — Meh *2017-01-12, version 3.21* Ok app. It irritatingly repeats the same questions you've marked as "know" even when you've clicked to filter those out. ### 4/5 — Very helpful with minor flaws *2022-12-15* I’ve been using this app for about a month now as I prepare to take the PANCE in a few weeks. It’s very helpful in the sense if I have a few spare minutes I can get a few questions in and I like the extra study resources it has on specific topics. However, on the daily question goal, I always get repeat questions. Not just ones I’ve seen before, but it’s the same questions every day. I’ve also noticed some of the questions are a bit outdated when it comes to treatment of choice or screening recommendations. With those caveats, overall great app and very useful in squeezing in time to study away from the books. It also has a star feature so if there’s a question you don’t have time to dig deep into now, you can come back later. ### 4/5 — Great app, but a little on the easy side *2017-02-25* I bought this app while it was on sale, which made it an excellent value. I love having it to do a few questions between patients on rotations, during any down-time, etc. The explanations of answers are helpful and the variety of questions is wide. With that said, I think the level of difficulty of some of the questions as compared to some of my other PANCE prep materials is a little too easy. Also, I wish there were more questions or the option to purchase more questions. These two reasons are why I rated it 4 stars.
