Update- EVEN WORSE NOW! I swear they somehow designed this app to make ordering as irritating as possible, I see dozens of reviews complaining of the same thing so clearly it’s not just me and they’ve apparently made a deliberate decision to not fix the app. 

Stop making us enter gift card PINs twice every time, very annoying and repetitive

The problem with the new version of the app is that it no longer allows you to select a fountain drink as part of a Panda Bundle, and on top of that, if I choose a fountain drink apart from the bundle, I can only select a small drink. It will not allow me to choose medium or large.

I hate panda

I’ve ordered multiple times using this app, I swapped to it to get points instead of using DoorDash a few months ago. The restaurant occasionally gets the order wrong, this instance was ordering and paying for a 12 piece appetizer, but only received a 3 piece. Nowhere in the app is a place to report an issue with the order so it can be corrected. In this scenario I wanted a refund of the difference. Not possible. There’s a “contact us” option where you can report having an issue or complaints/feedback, but no streamlined process like DoorDash to get credited back immediately or at least quickly. Just an email stating they will get to my request as soon as possible. Going back to DoorDash ✌🏻
