Customer service states that no date can be given for the bug to be fixed, which leaves us with an unusable app. ### 4/5 — Great so far until now *2024-12-08* I have been using this app for years now and nothing but positive things to say, other than the fact that I just tried to generate a contract this morning and now cannot move the text fields to their corresponding locations. There seems to be a bug that needs to be fixed. I’m constantly having to restart the app bc it either white screens and I can’t see my document or it “something went wrong “ when trying to create a document. I use this to send contracts to my clients. I have three versions of contracts that are in my templates. It shouldn’t be this hard to just send a document to someone. For what I pay a month on their service I’m highly disappointed. ### 3/5 — I love PandaDoc but the app… *2023-08-31, version 2.104.0* …is nearly useless. You can’t easily add fields to a document or auto fill a pdf with fields from the app. You can’t zoom in and scroll around on a document. Constantly glitches while trying to make any changes to your pre existing template. The service itself was okay when we used it, but it really wasn’t any better than DocuSign. We no longer use the service, and were charged for another calendar quarter. I explained this and politely asked for a refund. I was refused. Twice. No, I don’t work with companies who don’t work with their customers’ situations, and neither should you. They will ignore your concerns and leave you out to dry. Use a different service. ### 1/5 — Snapgrid😡 *2021-11-10, version 2.61.0* I would love this app if you could turn off the snap grid feature. I can’t move the boxes around free form. Epically frustrating… I’m contemplating deleting the app. It’s basically unusable. ### 3/5 — Great Service, App Needs Work *2020-11-16* I’ve been a paid PandaDoc subscriber for about two years. The service is great and saves my company a lot of time, while giving a professional image. The app, however, is not as useful as it could be. There are a lot of features of PandaDoc that aren’t included. Simple things like deleting a row in a table can’t be done using the app, forcing me to just use PandaDoc via Safari on my iPad Pro. Tricked me to pay during free trial period. *2025-07-27, version 2.153.0* I signed up with PandaDoc for a 14 day free trial. I needed a robust mobile invoicing and service agreement app. But during the trial, I couldn’t send a template I made (on their desktop) to myself or anyone. PandaDoc suggested the only way is to purchase their Business Plan for $65.00. I was suckered into it. I tested its desktop features which worked after I paid for the one month service. Then on the same day I tried making a document on the mobile app by utilizing the template I created earlier on the desktop, but nothing worked! All the fields froze up. I closed everything and tried it again but the program was so buggy that it was not responding at all. I knew I couldn’t rely on this app. I did research beforehand and learned that the mobile version using the web app worked better. I tried it there and found it to be too slow and chunky too. I immediately contacted Tech Support and told them I would like to cancel and would like a refund but they refused citing a master agreement, even though the reason I paid for the one month service was their suggestion because their free trial didn’t work! Tech support took very long to respond btw and was not much help at all. They wanted one year of subscription originally. I m so glad I only paid one month. Not gonna Happen. Need to zoom in to read small text on a page? Well too bad, it’s going to jump back multiple pages and freeze up so you can’t navigate the document at all. I have developed a general dislike for PandaDoc and a particular loathing for the app. ### 1/5 — No Office SSO *2023-05-01, version 2.102.0* I use SSO for Office in the desktop version.
