I’ve place 10+ orders but it’s a nightmare when the delivery guy always couldn’t find the place or asking me to come to tube station or come down to get my parcel because of all kinds of difficulties they face. Ridiculous. Already made complaint to the bank and considering making complaint to ACCC ### 1/5 — Quite bad experience in London. Not recommended. *2026-04-05, version 8.79.5* They sell frozen foo but won’t guarantee whether the food is still edible. From this worst delivery experience of all times, first of all the delivery window was between 2pm to 8pm which is the widest window of all delivery app which makes it hard for you to know when to expect a call. Second there is no reminder message before the delivery. If you miss a couple of phone calls when you happen to not carry your phone with you all the time, the driver just leaves with your food but will mark your order as completed, without even trying to ring the apartment door. We looked for the delivery everywhere in the building complexes where deliveries would normally be left after seeing the order status being delivered, but after I asked customer service they told me it is not delivered. Then, at this point, I can understand if as a customer I would pay a second delivery fee to get the food. But the customer service basically told me they would not guarantee the frozen is still edible when being delivered, as the drivers would just take the food home overnight? And if I cancel the order, they will still charge me labor costs and the costs for all frozen food as they are deemed ‘damaged’ by default. Overall I would not recommend using them for anything. ### 1/5 — This must be a joke. *2026-02-17, version 8.77.0* I paid 27pounds and waited all day, no delivery man, no updates. I requested refund but still haven't got any reply from the company. Must be a scam. I requested refund through the card company, it's so scammy how you guys in the first place use Royal Mail for delivering frozen and chilled products. It said it's going to be delivered from 8am-7pm in the evening , had to be in the house whole day waiting for nothing,for a week I haven't heard anything back and calling their number will just end up getting the automatic reply saying, "wishing you a happy life" For christ's sake.
