The app itself is really easy to use and can even find products if I make a typo. The wishlist is a handy feature. I have had trouble confirming if payment went through or not when using PayPal, thinking it was confirmed but then being prompted to pay again.

I love the selection and ease of navigating the app! I think it can be confusing and there are some really long descriptions which kinda gets confusing sometimes. But it was easy to find what I was looking for and I love the multiple choice option for wishlists!

I find shopping on the app is smooth and the app itself is great! My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that every time I place an order they are either out of stock on items I want or they just don’t seem to carry them at all. And the items I’m looking for common items. But I am always pleased with the items I do receive!

Il y’a bcp de choix mais l’application bug ! Quand on consulte une fiche produit , au bout de quelques secondes la page disparaît pour revenir à l’accueil. Ça fait ça à chaque fiche produit … donc c est embêtant il faut résoudre ce bug c est frustrant… ça pénalise votre note …

The site very easy and have a great amounts of items the tarrif is scaring me . Not sure how we will make it work becsuse we are already having hard time thinking how things will turn out . But we at least have a place to shop  and get great quality .

Mi trovo molto bene ma vorrei che fosse risolto un piccolo problema che sul sito non è presente, e cioè vorrei che quando aggiungo un articolo al carrello, anche se già presente, questo salisse al primo posto del carrello in alto e non rimanesse in mezzo agli altri articoli.
Nel carrello sul sito ciò avviene, nella app no.
Se devo ordinare da app due o tre articoli e questi sono nascosti in mezzo a tanti che per promemoria tengo nel carrello diventa complicatissimo cercarli

First I’ll start with a couple of really awesome things about PandaHall:

Never had any problems with my orders. 

If there was an issue they solve it FAST.

Customer service is great. It might take a day for them to get back to me. But let’s keep it real they’re located in China they’re in a different time zone than I am in. Which is North America.

So I’ve been using PandaHall since I started my business. I do really love PandaHall. But I will only buy through them when I absolutely need to. Even though they do have free shipping promotions where if you buy $99 is goods you get free shipping. I have found that through other apps I can get the SAME EXACT PRODUCT and quality for either less or the same price with FREE SHIPPING. On orders over $10. PANDA HALL IS AMAZING. But… I still feel like they can get more competitive with there free shipping option if it were more often or all of the time. I will never stop buying from PandaHall but my orders are not nearly as often because I have free shipping options for the same product. Same great quality product elsewhere. 

I highly recommend this app. But I also am hoping that this review will get the attention of whoever runs PandaHall and that they may consider changing their shipping policy.

最近になってアプリの存在を知りました。いつもはWEBから注文していますが、どちらも使いやすいです。スマホからはアプリ、iPadやパソコンにはWEBの方が商品が探しやすいです。
ナイロンコードなどの資材が安くて豊富。とても助かってます。

I love this app so much!! there is so many beads you can choose from! I ordered for my 11 year old because she has a big business at school and she loves the beads there not bad and there super good for a little girl just having fun and selling them!!

Leider ist die App instabil!!! Bitte dies schnellstens korrigieren. Ich besitze ein iPhone 14 pro Max und ein I Pad. Auf beiden Geräten passiert dies. Die App habe ich auf beiden Geräten am 15.10 aktualisiert und keine Besserung dadurch
In letzter Zeit ist ein Aufrufen der Artikel sehr anstrengend geworden. Beim Durchsuchen der Artikel, bricht die App nach wenigen Minuten zusammen und ein weißes Bild ist dann alles was man sehen kann. Auch hängt sich das Bild ständig auf ( es friert ein ), wenn man runterscrollt. Man braucht viel Geduld,wenn man alle Artikel durchsuchen will
Das ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß und sehr nervig!
