3일 무료체험이라서 오늘 결제했는데
취소하려고합니다 다음결제는 갱신되지 않도록 처리된것같은데
8800원 환불이 되도록 처리된건가여
아직안들어와서요..

I was in China where vpn is necessary. I downloaded this app and saw 7days trial. So I bought it anyway I am staying in China only 3days. I tried to use this app but didn’t work. app asked me to try in other region. So I requested refunded and deleted. 
However, it has paid and said that it’s not able to refund. Ok I paid app which I didn’t use it once. Good job! If I wanted to pay VPN, I am not gonna even download light version. Be careful! It’s taking money for Trial!

When I press the “WATCH AD” button it displays a text that reads: “Ad is loading, please wait” however no ads show up. This happens when I try different VIP servers, and at the homepage when I press the “Free VIP” button next to the “Smart Mode” button. I hope this issue gets fixed asap

When I contacted support, their explanation didn’t justify the early billing, and it felt misleading. I had planned to continue using the service, but charging customers prematurely creates a sense of distrust. Please be cautious with their billing practices.

I tried to install one to Canada and it made me do some many adds. If you click one thing it gives you two adds, And it doesn’t even work. It also says if you watch adds it will give you VIP or whatever and it doesn’t

Switch to "WireGuard Mode" (at the bottom of the Protocol list), which provides better IP consistency.

If using PandaVPN Mode, ensure "Enable IPv6 Tunnel" is checked to prevent leaks.

Use Incognito mode in your browser to check the IP again. If it still fails, please email panda7x24@gmail.com with your device info. We will fix it!
