The screen jumps up from the bottom every time you use a menu button ### 1/5 — Pandle app *2023-02-27, version 1.0.63* Pandle on web is fine and happy with it. Next time I try to login, it boots me out and then asks for credentials again. App is very glitchy *2022-03-31, version 1.0.50* I like Pandle, for a free software and running a small Ltd business it does everything you need it to but the App needs work. Ive noticed a few limitations and glitches using the app, the worst being - kicking you out mid transaction whilst posting bank transactions and posting sales invoices. It doesn’t happen every time but completely unusable when it does. The desktop site is much more reliable. ### 1/5 — Rubbish. *2022-03-31, version 1.0.50* This app should be withdrawn from the App Store. It is useless. I get the impression Pandle has ceased supporting / developing it. ### 1/5 — Log in fail *2021-11-05, version 1.0.50* Every time I log in I need to put my email and password. Every time it gives me the option on activating Face ID or PIN but no matter what you choose, it will not work the next time you will launch the app. ### 1/5 — Useless *2021-06-25, version 1.0.50* If you want to be really annoyed and frustrated use this app. I was away from my laptop for the week. Fine I’ll use the app, oh hang on no I won’t it just crashes when you try to do anything. Useless! You pay for what you get I guess at the end of my company financial year I’ll be changing my accounting software for one with a working app. ### 1/5 — Poor *2021-05-31, version 1.0.50* To echo many other reviews, bank feeds are incredibly flakey. There is no way to manually trigger a bank feed refresh via the app if the automatic pull fails (which it often does), so it’s almost not worth having this app. Overall, the app feels just as unreliable and unintuitive as the website. Feedback and bug reports seem to not be prioritised as they should. I cannot recommend this app or Pandle. ### 1/5 — Won’t work *2020-08-17, version 1.0.47* App crashes every time I try to open it. I am paying for a service that I am not getting and no one at pandle seems to know what’s going on. I also don’t want my every move being recorded while I am using the app, but if you don’t agree you can’t use it!!! ### 1/5 — Zero help *2019-08-06, version 1.0.23* Couldn’t work out how to delete a test transaction I made, no help documentation with the app and frequent crashes. As this is provided by a business very local to me (CH43) I was very disappointed, especially as the fact I’m getting numerous emails from the CEO telling me how wonderful it is. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Completely unusable – can’t even sign up *2026-04-01, version 1.0.120* Tried to create an account and the app crashes every time I enter my details. The website directs you to the app to sign up, but the app doesn’t work, so there’s literally no way to get started. For accounting software, this is basic functionality and it’s completely broken. Judging by the low rating, this isn’t just me. Pointless in its current state. I was ready to pay for this, but I’ll be using something else instead. ### 1/5 — Useless without PC *2026-01-25, version 1.0.116* I bought an iPad to replace an older laptop. I’ve just gone to sort out some reports for HMRC on the website & it won’t let me use the page on an iPad directing me instead to use the app or go to a computer for full experience. I can’t be the only business out there without a full pc. ### 1/5 — Poor app *2025-11-24, version 1.0.68* The fact the app hasn’t been updated in 11 months (at the time of writing) shows the company doesn’t take this very seriously. The app is poor, clunky, bank feeds work occasionally at best. I can’t realistically see Pandle ever keeping up with companies like Xero unless they really try to improve what they offer. ### 1/5 — Don’t even bother *2024-08-16, version 1.0.63* Mileage but never works for me like never the shortcut you make on the pc eg. Labour @20 never works so you have to manually add everything up so if your going to use Pandle I suggest getting a pc where it’s also not much better. I can’t even see any of my invoices or surpliers invoices and I have been using it for 18 months now. Great Little App! *2025-07-26, version 1.0.68* As we prefer to do our transactions, bookkeeping and reporting on the desktop version, we use the app mostly for quick and easy reference usually when we’re on-the-go. So, being presented on open with the dashboard’s colourful snapshots of all our key data is super helpful. You can also find your key reports (P&L, Balance, etc) in the Menu section. And if you want to dive a little deeper, the Sales, Suppliers, and Banking tabs should provide everything you need. Most of the time I use the web-based interface on my laptop, but do use the App quite frequently too. I run a small husband and wife consulting company, and our accounting needs are not immense. However we do work in multiple currencies, which involves multiple bank accounts and payment mechanisms, and Pandle takes them in its stride ... most of the time. (Bank feeds have been an issue this year, but on the plus side, they’ve added some of the newer banks, such as Starling, which when the feed works, is really helpful.) Pandle is clearly a dynamic company. Changes and additions seem to come thick and fast, and almost all are positive and welcome. Using Pandle is free and they do a Pro option for far less than the big names offer. For our needs, this is fine. Customer support is VERY responsive and if you use the IM chat during office hours, they seem to get back to you within 5-10 minutes. This app doesn’t do everything, but the list of what it can do is growing. Bank feeds don’t work properly so quicker to just do it manually. I’ve tried logging out and in again, and deleting and reinstalling app - no good. Don’t have time to be chasing Pandle so will go back to laptop.
