It did one time but I didn’t like the photo. So I tried again. The latter portraits never showed the person in the oval space. I only saw it a few seconds later AFTER I took the photo. The app also told me 3 times to try again. So I had to resend photos 3 times. I got a note saying it was submitted. I tried to make an account with the app (separate from verification) and the app said my mother does not exist ! (I had just sent verification - but to get on the app as a customer was not possible ). ### 1/5 — Useless app *2024-01-03, version 0.1.5* For the second year in a row your app either doesn’t load or takes an hour to load. Then when ready to use and take photo of my mother to simplify the process via the phone, I was faced with a blank screen. Surely you can get this to work? It seems to be a typical example of absolute incompetence and Jewish lack of professionalism in this modern world! It’s frustrating and embarassing! There’s no excuse. The app itself works faster, it’s great to have an option to check the status of verification any time you need now and overall verification is taking only a few minutes.
