There was one time when I was especially tempted to get a hint, but was able figure things out without getting help. Definitely requires some outside the box thinking. I love that there’s a second version of the room after beating the first! I would strongly recommend even the most seasoned player to give this a go. It’s very clever but I needed a walkthrough to get past some of them. Also a neat concept with an ‘Extra’ on finishing that’s possibly longer than the main game! ### 4/5 — only one bug *2025-02-19* i was able to do everything really well and it was a lot of fun, but the last puzzle box just wasn’t working. after i got one try wrong, it wouldn’t let me put in any new attempts, even if i reset the box. i ended up having to go back to the homescreen and reload my save just to get it working again (and i could tell something was buggy, because the box would finally show me my successful attempts after i reloaded), which is a pretty simple fix but it took awhile to figure out since i just assumed i was doing the puzzle wrong. either way, it was a lot of fun and i’ve been playing all of these games (and loving it)!! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — "Puzzles" makes no sense *2024-08-10, version 1.2.0* The puzzles if you can call them that make no sense. Then to get further useless hints you must play another ad which crashes the game just so you can reopen it and have to start at the first useless hint again. Do not play. ### 2/5 — Ads are obnoxious *2025-07-27, version 1.3.5* and the hint system can tell you to do something that is not yet possible to do, which is frustrating ### 2/5 — One of the portions of the game were blank *2023-07-27, version 1.0.7* This game is really fun for the most part, I unlocked the next slide but got stuck with the number lock on the draw so I watched an ad to get a hint. Once I got the hint most of that part of the game turned black so I could only see one number. I restarted the game and removed my data, even deleted the game and redownloaded but it didn’t help. It’s very unfortunate as it was a good game. ### 2/5 — A few puzzles just don’t make sense. *2023-07-13, version 1.0.7* Love the style. Love the idea, but a few of the puzzles just don’t work the way they should. For example, the puzzle where you put the piece of paper you found under the pillow into the notebook then put in the right numbers and solve the equation. I believe the formula said: Brown square = teal Square x Blue Square + pink square. However I put in the answer and it was wrong. It got to the point where I had to look it up because I even tried to solve the equation in the wrong way, and that still didn’t work. Turns out, the pink square had nothing to do with the answer. It was just teal square times blue square. Now I’m stuck because I received a code from the television that I put in forwards and backwards, and it’s not giving me anything. The website that told me about the equation says to put in the code the tv gives backwards. Always interesting, no bugs, the mechanics always work, including the hints/answers when you need them. More than reasonable ads for the trade off. I’ve downloaded all their games. This one in particular is a visual format I’ve never seen before. ### 5/5 — Extremely creative and tough *2026-07-16* The main highlight of this game is not the main puzzle part, but it’s actually the extra puzzle that’s unlocked after we finish the puzzle. There’s some really interesting mechanics in the game, like limited perspectives, due to being in a comic panel. And when you enter the extra puzzle, you’d think the mechanics would be the same but they actually introduce new and different kinds. It’s extremely engaging and stimulating, and I did have to use a couple hints to get by, but it was a wonderful experience in the end.
