I contacted their new customer care representative several times, but all I keep hearing is that they “sent an email,” yet I have received nothing in my inbox or spam folder. This experience has been frustrating and unacceptable. Customers deserve honesty, transparency, and proper support, especially when money is involved. At this point, I believe people should be careful dealing with this platform until they improve their service and resolve pending orders properly.
