I’m impressed by how easy it is to use ### 2/5 — My experience *2026-06-29* The app is slow to update you information especially sleep. and if you miss logging in a day or 2, you can’t go back and see your data. I have multiple days that are blank on steps and sleep. I work 2nd shift and don’t always get a chance to check my steps before midnight. It doesn’t go back and load the information. Those days are just blank or they only show the steps from the last time I checked on that date. On the sleep, I can log on multiple times a day to try to get my sleep from that night and most days it never loads. Not worth the price you have to pay for the ring ### 2/5 — Lousy graphics, clunky and slow *2026-03-26* Has way too many bugs, not ready for prime time. Data not easy to track trends, presentation is awkward not on a par with other fitness apps. AI interface needs LOTS more training, some answers are nonsensical. App drops who you are and you need to create a new account every few days. No way to edit your stats - for example weight gain or loss. Good idea but so far needs way too much work to be useful. Used my cheap Fitbit as a comparison, wore both at the same time, got somewhat different results. Not sure which is more accurate, but a reminder that wearable fitness trackers are not all that accurate anyway. ### 1/5 — Update issues *2026-03-24* Ever since the update to the new app. The app hasn’t even worked. I paid too much money for this not to work. Also, the app is frozen now and has been for over a week. Whenever I refresh, I lose all sleep data and everything else. This app needs to be fixed very soon! ### 1/5 — Junk *2026-03-20* What a ripoff this ring is along with the. Total Junk! Works whenever it wants. Oxygen level reads low most of the time. All readings are off and don’t update. ### 3/5 — Doesn’t work correctly on iOS 26.4 *2026-03-14* I have no issue using on my android, but on my iPhone, I have to remove the app and then restore the app anytime I want to check data. The P Home Screen does not react when opening the app subsequently. ### 2/5 — Poor app conectuvity *2026-02-25* App worked fine for a week, now it doesn’t open or load any info. Just sits on the open screen. No info in the App Store, no way to get access to the info that was in the app. Wish it did more of what it said it would when I bought it. ### 1/5 — Does not work *2026-02-23* The app does not open after the first time. It does not link to my DNA kit. I am going to return the ring if I cannot get it to work. If the promises were that you could get info specifically targeted to your own DNA you at least have to be able to view the data collected by the ring and have it connect to your DNA! So far that is 0 for 2. ### 2/5 — Refuses to load *2026-02-23* If you accidentally close the app and then try to reopen it, it freezes and refuses to load. Every single time! The only fix I have found is to delete the app and then reinstall and go through the onboarding again. This sucks and makes me want to just not use the app or the ring. Due to the crash and having to re install and re onboard it’s not keeping info and therefore not providing any insights and not helpful. ### 5/5 — Pangenea App & Ring *2026-02-22* Easy app to use & it downloaded very quickly. The app icon is pleasant & doesn’t seem intrusive on my phone’s screen. The app walked me through each page to set up & connect to my DNA results with CRI genetics. You cannot have cookies blocked during set up or the ring , via the app, cannot connect to your account with the company. I think it’s so easy to obtain results (instantly ) because when you click the app icon on your phone, the first thing you see are all the current results updating. If you want to look at the history of each result, all you do is touch which result. So, if you want calorie history, you touch calories. Same if you want the temp history for fertility, thyroid or fever , just touch temp result. Same for heart rate , etc. So easy & I like it gives history in both number results & graph. Couldn’t be easier to understand your results that way. I bought the silver ring and I’m very happy with it & that I did select that color. The ring is a little bigger than I expected ( not dainty) but I was use to wearing it within a day. It is high quality and very durable. It’s water proof & you don’t have to remove for all the hand washes & showers. It came with 2 power cord options. One is a protective case & the ring is magnetically attracted to go into the case. The other cord magnetically attaches to the inside of the ring. You’ll know where it attaches to because of the very strong magnetic pull . There was a small ,red tabbed, plastic cover over the charging point ,on the inside of the ring, when I first opened the box. Which I removed of course. **The charging cords are USB on the power charging end.** So you cannot plug the cords into an outlet unless you buy the required attachment for that. I’m not an expert at reviews or about all the features of the app & ring but those all the details that I would have wanted to know.
