Following prescribed diets is so easy with the diet tracker in this app! The water counter has already increased my daily water intake. It’s literally like having my nutritionist Azhar in my pocket..with amazing diets and loads of workouts this a complete package to get fit this year. The nutrition tips seemed good, have already started implementing some, will wait for the results! Overall an amazing app to track my diet.
