Each time you open the app it prompts for Apple ID. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app with no luck. No support from the ticket I sent in. Super sad. **Developer response:** Thank you for your message, and we’re so sorry for this experience. The app should not repeatedly ask for your Apple ID, and we understand how frustrating that must be, especially when your son just wants to play. Sometimes this can happen if the connection between the app and the store hasn’t fully synced. You can try opening the app and tapping the purchase button again (not restore). You should not be charged again, and this can help unlock access. We’ll also look into this issue on our side.
