I just parked for 1hr then They charge me for 24hr $55 without using for 24hr and when I contact them they said “you should stop the app, nothing to do right now and will not refund. Even the app is Complex, they fill you a lot of thing in the app

I wanted to pay for parking in Bronxville, NY. I’m sure Pango could easily build a website — but no, they make me download their badly designed app. Kludgy to use, too much personal info required. Will delete promptly.

This is one of the few  apps that makes you pay a subscription that does not show on your iPhone under subscriptions. I canceled once I figured it out after paying 99c per month for I-don’t-know-how-long

Requires you fund their stupid wallet in preset increments. Smallest is 15. You might never use their app again to park, and your remaining money is stuck. Maybe you can call and get in back, but what a PITA. Who has time for that. I guess they get to save on card processing costs and keep a lot of users’ money. Shameful and outdated idea. Dumb.
