I only need to use this app at a few locations. I’m effectively pre-paying for months of parking. I’d rather go back to quarters. No alert or warning was given. The post booking verification email has poor and confusing formatting. I got a parking ticket because of it. The customer service team claims the app’s malfunction should have been detected by me. They refuse to put simple design fixes in place and blamed the local municipality. I’m sure Pango could easily build a website — but no, they make me download their badly designed app. Kludgy to use, too much personal info required. Smallest is 15. You might never use their app again to park, and your remaining money is stuck. Maybe you can call and get in back, but what a PITA. Who has time for that. You have to preload $15 and cannot get back unused funds. ### 1/5 — Faulty GPS *2026-06-27, version 5.4.9* I typed in the correct according to the meter and was charged for a long term meter across the street. I canceled immediate and they charged me for the day anyway. Bring change for the meters. Then to get a refund for the rest of the money they charge a 5% deduction fee for any refunds. Thats a waste because you won’t get all of your money back.
