פנגו (Pango), אפליקציית התחבורה החכמה לחניה, רכב ודרך המובילה בישראל, מציעה ל 3 מיליון לקוחותיה פתרונות תשלום כוללים אשר הופכים את הדרך לקלה ונוחה יותר. פנגו מרכזת במקום אחד את תשלומי התחבורה והשירותים הנלווים שנהגים ונוסעים צריכים. האפליקציה מאפשרת תשלום על חניה בכל הרשויות המקומיות ובמאות חניונים ברחבי הארץ, תשלום על מילוי דלק וכן על קניות בחנויות הנוחות של סונול, תשלום עבור שימוש בתחבורה ציבורית ( כולל נסיעה באוטובוס, ברכבת, בכרמלית וברכבת הקלה) , תשלום על נסיעה בכבישי אגרה, תשלומים הנוגעים לשטיפת רכב ושירותי חילוץ. כמו כן, החברה מספקת שירותים משלימים ללקוחותיה בעלי הרכבים ובהם איסוף לטסט וטיפול וביטוח רכב. עם פנגו חוסכים זמן ובכסף ונהנים משירותים מתקדמים היישר מהנייד שלכם.

חניה בכחול לבן – האפליקציה מאפשרת תשלום קל ונוח עבור חניה בכחול-לבן בכל הרשויות המקומיות בארץ. פשוט לוחצים על " פנגו הפעלת חניה " ואנחנו כבר דואגים לכל השאר.

תשלום בחניונים- השירות זמין במעל ל- 450 חניונים בפריסה ארצית ומאפשר יציאה מהחניון בלי לעבור בעמדת תשלום בחניוני אחוזות חוף, עזריאלי ועוד חניונים מובילים ברחבי הארץ. פשוט נכנסים לחניון, לוחצים על הלינק בהודעת הסמס ומשלמים רק עבור הזמן שחונים. החשבונית תגיע למייל ביציאה מהחניון.

פנגו סמארט- המסלול שחוסך זמן יקר ותשלומים מיותרים. 
טעית בהפעלת החניה? דוח אחד בשנה עלינו, בכפוף לתקנון.

שירותי חילוץ- לנסיעה בראש שקט. השירות כולל: החלפת גלגל במקרה של פנצ'ר, מונית שמגיעה ליעד לאסוף אתכם במקרה של תאונת דרכים, תדלוק עד אליכם במקרה שנתקעתם בלי דלק, התנעת הרכב במידה והמצבר התרוקן ועוד.

Can’t even register with an American number. I hope Jerusalem requires improvement or cancels contract with Pango. Useless.

תמיד יש תקלה ואי אפשר להתחבר ולנהל את החשבון, חיובים מיותרים שלא ניתן לעצור או לבטל.

Be careful with this app. I have received charges for an entire day of parking even after stopping it. I remember that day 100%. It said my parking had stopped and gave me a final cost, but it was still charging money on the server end of the app as I had learned a month later when I got my bill. My advice is simple: Always screen capture the moment you finish your parking time so you have something you can dispute if a charge comes up erroneously.  Happened to me while using app in Israel.

I’ve tried everything, including deleting and reinstalling the app, but no matter what I do, the app will not switch to English.  Then, when I enter my US mobile number, I get (in Hebrew) an “oops” message

I used this app back in 2019 with success.

Maybe it has a problem with the latest iOS (26.2) on iPhone 16 Pro?

The app cannot verify my US phone number. I’ve tried several times to delete and reinstall the app extremely disappointing.

Beware of the Pango Smart subscription service. They added it to my account without my permission and it was extremely difficult to remove. You cannot remove it in the app, they do not respond by phone, they offer a callback service that did not work, their WhatsApp customer service is an AI bot that can’t remove the service, and getting to a live agent is very very hard and time consuming.

Coming for a visit from abroad, trying to sign up and getting error messages. Trying to resolve the issue, it seems that customer service is a very (very) low priority for this company. It’s getting comical how bad the reps are handling this. 

I suggest to use Cello. Much better, from my experience they really care about their customers.
