### 5/5 — A Truly Supportive Anxiety App

*2026-05-25*

This app has genuinely helped me through moments of panic and anxiety. I really like that it doesn’t just give you one exercise and leave you there — it walks you through a personalized path with different calming and grounding tools until you feel back to a more normal baseline.

The breathing tool is especially calming, with soothing visuals and reassuring words that help slow everything down. The grounding games are also surprisingly effective, like focusing on a vibration in your phone or listening closely for a specific pitch, because they help pull your attention out of the panic spiral and back into the present moment. I also love the body relaxation feature that guides you through relaxing each part of your body one section at a time. It makes it much easier to actually release tension when anxiety feels overwhelming.

Overall, it feels thoughtful, comforting, and genuinely useful in the moment when you need support most.
