PanicVault is a secure, offline-first password manager that reads and writes the open KeePass (.kdbx) format. Store your vault on your device, on iCloud Drive, or on Google Drive -- you choose. This is probably by far the best native SwiftUI Keepass client with native autofill support and at a more affordable price than many others (ahem Strongbox). The dev is also super responsive; I messaged them about importing CSV and menubar support, which were added no more than 2 days later.

The developer's official website explicitly mentions key file support, but the option completely does not exist anywhere in this app. It is impossible to open a secure database right now. Total waste of time, do not buy if you use key files!
