One time I mistakenly added something to my order and they could not refund me which was really annoying. This app is terrible. You can’t log in on an iPhone and I can only go through my computer. I’m not sure if the rewards part is tracking at all, I order often and haven’t send any new rewards pop up. Recently the app was updated and when accessing my account I am able to remove credit card but am not able to add new cards which is my issue.
