On Feb 1st 2023, the app locked up and forced me to update it. When I opened the new version… for my surprise and total disappointment, I simply lost all the work I did? 1 - There was no warning yesterday for me to alert this was coming so I could at least do some print screens… 2 - There was no opportunity for me to save my digital and virtual album today prior to the update. 3 - There was no option offered to email me a link where I could download / convert my personal digital album into a PDF… Therefore, I could not believe that I simply lost all my precious time collecting and trading cards for nothing… I am so mad, disappointed that I could do nothing besides cry…. That’s really sad!
