So the problem is that when you try to sign in, it just doesn’t let you sign in, and also (this wont be an issue) it’s just very boring that you can only open 1 pack per day if you aren’t signed in, and waiting an entire day for 1 pack is just very stressful. ### 2/5 — Sticker Swap *2022-12-06, version 3.3.0* App works ok although it doesn’t let you know it needs an update, but that took care of most issues. Need more assistance on the sticker swap. It keeps sending two of my stickers for one of another players, but I have never receive two for one. It should just always be one for one, until you don’t need any more. Not sure what the problem is, but really annoying. Also, seems like you should be able to open more than 4 packs a day. I have 32 packs available, but can only open 4 and that’s how many I receive free each day so how will I ever be able to open my additional packs that I received from scanning the bar codes in stickers I purchased. ### 3/5 — Should let everyone do everything *2022-11-29, version 3.3.0* Every day I get on it to open my packs. I wonder how I can get more packs. I think it is dumb because you need to complete the account to use everything. I tried doing it, and it won’t even let me sign in. What's more, the app says that when you scan a PANINI product, like a sticker pack or an album, you get a pack for free, but I scanned my album, the App said I received a virtual pack, but when I went to open it he said I didn't have any packages to open. ### 4/5 — Swap with other teams *2018-07-25, version 2.3.0* How could connect with other teams for trade images directly?, they sent me via msn the link and I did the same but nothing happend. ### 3/5 — The swap area does not let you see available trades *2018-07-22, version 2.3.0* The swap area is completely horrible. You can only make three requests a time, but the real problem is that you can’t see available trades from people near you or around the world. I don’t know what’s the reason behind this, but it just seems stupid. How are people gonna trade like this? I doubt that the trading place is actually humans, otherwise we would be able to see requests. Honestly, it’s a great app, but the whole trading thing is a big part of collecting stickers, and it seems extremely stupid in this app. Please fix this for the next World Cup ( or this one cause I’m still not done) ### 4/5 — Unlimited packs to open *2018-07-12, version 2.3.0* I know this is a really cool app, but there is one thing I think that should be better in order for me to give this app 5 stars. The suggestion I would like to make is that we should be able to open how many packs we like daily, right now the limit is five, it would be great if we could open unlimited and not have to wait a whole day to open more packs, it makes it boring. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — What a terrible way to end this experience! *2023-02-03, version 3.4.0* Dear FIFA and app developers after working on this Panini Virtual album for more than 3 months and collecting all the stickers/cards, working hard on swapping cards with so many people around the world, completing the challenges and proudly collecting more than 200 GOLD cards for the players. On Feb 1st 2023, the app locked up and forced me to update it. When I opened the new version… for my surprise and total disappointment, I simply lost all the work I did? 1 - There was no warning yesterday for me to alert this was coming so I could at least do some print screens… 2 - There was no opportunity for me to save my digital and virtual album today prior to the update. 3 - There was no option offered to email me a link where I could download / convert my personal digital album into a PDF… Therefore, I could not believe that I simply lost all my precious time collecting and trading cards for nothing… I am so mad, disappointed that I could do nothing besides cry…. That’s really sad! After working on it for almost a month, I was looking forward to finish it. I was almost done with it and now I have to keep collecting extra stickers and I’m not getting any new ones, and the swaps work VERY, VERY, VERY slow now. I have 30 stickers waiting to be swapped and nothing is happening. For your next virtual sticker album, please just leave the staring 11 players and don’t do these sudden updates.
