Some of the hints were either ambiguous or incomplete (where are the rest of the flying birds)?!!!. I hate to go to YouTube for help, I also hate to look at hints to begin with. But as my friend said to me, not all of us are clairvoyant/mind readers... It felt that way at some point. I loved the concept from the start (loved the original Panmorphia)... But I really found (for example) the constellation puzzle at the end, "off-limits" to my ability. YouTube helped, but heck no... If I wanted to watch the game on YouTube, I wouldn't have bought it. Please make more games, thank you. ### 3/5 — Decent *2022-07-19* Decent as I said, glad I waited for a sale as it was short(beat in 1-2ish hours) I will say some puzzles left me scratching head as to why/how I solved but most were straight forward. Also length, and number of “rooms” was a let down compared to last game that seemed like a really good length especially at this price. For a sophomore effort I suppose it’s decent lol not amazing but good. Hopefully 3rd installment is more like original than this one, almost seems like idk a demo at this length/difficulty, but 1st game was also harder simply because there were many many rooms/scenes ### 4/5 — Nice idea, but too difficult *2022-05-29* Like the first game, it had a good vibe. The graphics, story, soundtrack, etc were all top notch. I liked the escape game concept too. They fit a lot of material in just a handful of screens, which was cool. But it was overly challenging. Two main reasons why are; many of the puzzles were not intuitive, and it was difficult to see the items that needed to be picked or clicked. I even had to turn my brightness up full, and still had trouble seeing things. If it wasn’t for the hint/solution help, I would haven’t gotten far at all. ### 4/5 — Schön, aber kurz *2022-03-13* Schön gemacht, nicht zu schwer, aber etwas kurz. It’s much shorter, and confined to one building. I kept waiting to explore the outer terrain. Puzzles were good and some were challenging, but a few didn’t make sense - nowhere near intuitive to go from A to B (and I’m not a novice puzzle solver). All in all, certainly worth playing, and I would purchase Pan 3 if it comes out. Lots of clues but really of no use. Tried to get water three times before it would work. Figure out a long sequence to charge the coils just to waste time. I used a couple of hints and then needed a puzzle solution but the one I was given didn’t work. I will not play a game by watching a YouTube walk thru. Puzzles are not very logical which means it is more frustrating than fun. What a HUGE disappointment after the first panmorphia! ### 2/5 — Way too short! *2020-05-16* After Panmorphia, which took me a good four hours to crack, I expected a lot more from this second outing which I finished in about 90 mins. It is nice to look at but there are few puzzles and it doesn’t feel like value for money. I feel exploited to be honest, like they led me on to think it would be like a second Panmorphia, and wish I could ask for a refund! Lovely graphics but just not enough gameplay for the price. ### 2/5 — Kein würdiger Nachfolger für Panmorohia *2019-11-04* Das Vorgängerspiel Panmorphia hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Daher hab ich ohne zu zögern für den Nachfolger bezahlt. Leider war ich sehr enttäuscht. Die Rätsel waren lieblos und ohne Logik und im Gegensatz zum aufwändigen und spannenden Weg im Vorgänger hatte man nur vier Seiten des Tempels zum lösen der Rätsel. Kein Suchen von Hinweisen sondern einfach nur ein paar willkürliche Puzzles zu lösen. I gave up on it for a couple of months. But after a while I tried it again and went to the puzzle solution webpage and eventually figured out the tricks and now it is my go-to for a quick 20 minute peaceful game. It is a refreshing change of pace in comparison to other similar games in which every screen has four things to do. Unfortunately there are two times were the next step depends on finding a small or hidden object in a poorly lighted screen, but it is not the norm and the hint system is very helpful in those parts. This game is entertaining enough for a weekend of quiet playing by a fire (or something like that), because you won’t spend more than two days on solving it. But they will be two days of puzzling entertainment which you won’t regret. Thank you! ### 5/5 — :( Disappointing *2020-09-27* Part of why I really enjoyed the first panmorphia was because it was such a huge world, and you got to explore it through the eyes of different animals, which is SUCH a cool concept! They didn’t use that concept at all in this one. You have one point of view, and only four screens (five if you include the underwater screen, which I dont, since it’s just a picture of a flat cave wall and a flashlight effect). I don’t know what happened here. The music and art are still top notch, but the gameplay, concept, creativity and story are barely enough to make a satisfactory demo, let alone a full game. I can see in the credits that it’s dedicated to a Mr Freddie Kittens (which is a fantastic name, I hope he is doing well), and that’s great, but I think if you had advertised this as a small dedication game based in the panmorphia universe, instead of the sequel to Panmorphia, people would be a lot less disappointed. **Developer response:** Thanks for your feedback. It is mentioned it’s a room escape type of game set in the same universe in the description. Panmorphia #3 will be a full world again.
