“I really appreciate the fresh quality of groceries and the fast delivery service from Pannaiyar. The app is very easy to use, and prices are reasonable compared to other stores. Packaging is neat and professional, and I like that many South Indian essentials are readily available.

One small suggestion would be to expand product variety (like more snack/ready-to-eat items) and also provide real-time delivery tracking for better convenience.

We prefer and our regular purchase for Indian rice is only pannaiyar . 

We struggled to find good rice from all super markets, we never satisfied from super market.. how ever when our friend said to approach pannaiyar ., we find rice is extraordinarily good similar like what we get it from TN.
