Picked an image, adjusted crop, hit “split” to check it. Didn’t like a shadow that was there. Hit back, adjust crop, “split” again, cropped too much. Hit back, adjust again, hit “split,” and get “you can only split 2 images. Pay to continue”. So since I never actually got any images out of it I can’t actually say whether it works, which means I’m definitely not going to risk buying it and potentially finding out it doesn’t. Kinda lame that you can use your trial without even actually seeing it it works well. ### 1/5 — App should've been paid to start with. *2023-12-06, version 1.5.3* This is not a free app. I wanted to test how some photos would look, wasn't happy with the first few so picked one that I thought looked good. Come to find - £18 payment required? Just make the app premium upfront without suddenly slamming a popup demanding money - from now on, without payment, the app is useless! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — App is broken *2026-07-18, version 2.1.9* I regret paying for this broken app. Whenever I split photos, the split photos all have a white line at the bottom regardless of me ensuring that the line is cropped out of the frame when splitting! This ruins all of the split photos. My first free trial didn’t go through, and when I tried to do a one-time crop, it said I had to pay a “one-time purchase fee” of $20 — just to crop a single photo?! That’s ridiculous. This app is misleading and feels like a scam. Je l’ai donc désinstallé et pars donc en quête d’une autre application gratuite du même genre. ### 1/5 — Disappointing for True Panorama Crops *2025-04-28, version 2.0.7* Unfortunately, PanoraSplit did not work as expected. I uploaded a properly cropped panoramic image (1.91:1 ratio), but the app treated it incorrectly. Instead of recognizing and filling the full frame, it displayed a narrow horizontal strip, wasting a lot of space above and below the actual image. As a result, the split panorama looks awkward and does not achieve the seamless full-frame effect that was needed. The app might be fine for very tall or standard photos, but if you are working with true panoramic or cinematic crops, be aware that it does not handle them properly. I cannot recommend it for professional or competition use without major improvements. ### 1/5 — Used to be good *2025-04-10* I used to loveeee this app. Everything used to split perfectly with no issues. An update came out a while ago that doesn’t split properly and leaves a white border around the split images. I’ve updated the app with all the updates that have come out since and not one of them has fixed this issue.
