## What is Panstation 2?

Finally available for iOS!. To create Panstation, we started with a loose model of the venerable Drawmer M500's panning engine, then added the counting features from the Audio & Design PanScan (probably the most famous vintage autopanner, and the "secret weapon" of many well-known producers.) The result is an autopanner plug-in that is second to none in both feature set and sound.

Built for both iPhones and iPads, Panstation is available as an AudioUnit V3 (with sidechain input in hosts that have that capabilty) and Standalone with Inter-App Audio. The AUv3 requires a host such as AUM, Cubasis, GarageBand, or BeatMaker Pro 3 (etc.) to be used.

• Free-run, MIDI tempo sync, MIDI note trigger, MIDI note number, and CC control of panning. 

• Audio trigger counting feature from the A&D PanScan. 

• Relative phase control of each side, for tremolo and stereo widening effects.

• Vector-based reactive UI. 

• Share presets between the AUv3 and Standalone, or between the iOS versions and the desktop versions. 

• Manual available on the Audio Damage site.

I had no idea panning algorithms could have such diverse and dramatic effects on program material! This plug in is really wild, and incredibly creative! It can breath so much life, drama, and movement into anything you sprinkle it on, but the impact it can have on songs, soundscapes and sound design has to be experienced to be seriously appreciated! This is really an amazing production tool, and naturally it’s beautifully designed and constructed, intuitive to use, fully featured and essentially, just incredibly inspiring to explore!

購入したのはいいですが、鍵盤が出てきません。どこを触っても出てこない。GarageBand からなら出てくるかと思いきや、そもそもinter-up-audio にもAU 3にも出ていません。説明に偽りあり。これでは使えませんね…

This is a great plugin, I use it all the time when mixing tracks in Cubasis. But there is one unpleasant moment-every time I exit Cubasis-the selected preset and settings at Panstation are reset. Please fix this flaw and I will give this app an absolutely well-deserved 5 stars!

AudioDamage, can you guys please update the interface to suit the current iOS? (11Pro) - part of the interface is cut off at the far right of my display. Otherwise, it’s a great app for me.

20200410: For some reason I had difficulties finding the iOS specific pages on the AudioDamage website when I went looking for the PDF manual.  WebDamage? Will try again in the future as I must now go fend off a fresh new horde of plague zombies coming up the driveway. Shouldn't take long.
