On the second call, I was asked to wait 24–48 hours for an update, but nothing changed. On the third call, they admitted the order was never picked up and said they don’t know what went wrong—and they can’t even cancel my order. My order ([Order/Reference Number]) was delivered much later than the promised timeline, causing inconvenience. Additionally, the return service was also delayed, which further added to the issue. But since my old mobile number has changed, they are not allowing me to login and if I try to register, they are not allowing as my email id has not changed. They want me to add another email id. I talked to customer care, they said I will have to email them to delete my old account, I did that and they said the query will be resolved within 10 days. I don’t know why it takes so long for a such a small query. And because of this I am unable to shop.
