The most annoying thing is not being able to watch without being connected to wifi! I don’t always have access to wifi so I don’t mind streaming on my cellular data but they’ve made that impossible!! I have to say that I don’t like that ever time I start a new show I have to watch all the previews over and over and if I click Skip the “punish “ you because the next show takes fooorever to start. That makes me think about canceling my subscription. ### 2/5 — Before starting up *2021-03-29, version 4.7.4* So I want to go ahead and download this app seems like it has a lot of good movies shows and I’ll that but some great actors that being said it was a process for me just to create an account first second even though I did and I was done finish creating my account the app crashes and tells me there’s an error... ### 3/5 — Not enough content. *2020-12-08, version 4.6.1* I got the app to try it out and see if they had classic movies section (like golden age of Mexican cinema, for example) for my parents since they love movies of that era and have difficulty finding movies online. Not only do they not have that, they don’t even have a telenovela section ( to watch, say, a past novela) They don’t have much of a variety, therefore not worth it. ### 5/5 — Great movies *2020-09-29, version 4.5.0* I’m in USA and I’m always watching movies English which is awesome but watching movies in Spanish feels more like home, the producers and actors are amazing !!! But what I hate is the iphones app. Every time that I tried to play a movie they or series said no WiFi detected go to settings to change your preferences. The illogical of the situation Is that I always have reproduce with data. Y move it trying to put on and off and check if that way I can have streaming but does not work. The shows lag and will kick me out of app and I can’t even stream onto my larger screens. I’ve been trying to cancel since April 2022 and NOTHING. Have sent emails and they send me a dead end link where it doesn’t even allow me to cancel my subscription. Please make sure you’re willing to pay month to month for years because they’ll just give you the run around. Oh and they won’t refund my money. I haven’t used the app at all since April . I've been trying to subscribe my mom to this for an hour and they just don't seem to want to take my money???? For whatever reason it’s not letting me download same issue on all the devices I mentioned. I click on get, it begins to act like it’s going to download then it stops. The Get button appears again I click to no avail tried rebooting devices and still doesn’t allow me to download . Pretty upset since I signed up on website and can’t download the app. ### 1/5 — No customer support *2021-04-22, version 4.8.1* I’ve been trying to communicate with the customer support because the system isn’t allowing me to acces my account I’ve emailed them like 2 times already they only ask if I’m watching from the USA and to keep specifying what is the issue. I even send a image of what the issue is. I also requested a password change but i never received the request link.I’ve been at it for a month and they keep taking my money without allowing me access. ### 1/5 — Many App issues *2021-01-30, version 4.7.1* I got the app several months ago under the free trial, before the trial expired I cancelled it however the offered another promotion with subscription being cheaper a month for only three months I accepted the promo to give it another try but till this day I can never watch a series or movie where I don’t encounter an issue. My biggest issue is it gives me an error that says WiFi no connection if I want to use my Data which is perfectly fine my data is always on, but it still gives me the error and doesn't let me watch anything. And I will say it’s only with Pantaya.. because I can stream Netflix with no issues and Disney+. As soon as I get the error I go into Netflix to try and no issues at all. So its definitely an issue with Pantaya. I have emailed them soo many times about the problem but it has not been resolved! It’s frustrating! ### 1/5 — Don’t trash your money No tires el dinero *2020-10-03, version 4.5.0* I signed up today around 6 pm and was gonna get the 3 months special . Let me tell you how special it is doesn’t work after I signed up and put my card info I was not able to log in, I tried the I forgot my password 4 different times within the 2 hours after I signed and never got the link to reset password. Then again in iphone and never worked, the 7 days trail passed without being able to login so I cancelled to avoid paying for a service that never worked Encontre este app y me pareció intersante por que parece tener buenas series y películas, hize el download y me inscribi atravez de el app, despues de recibir la confirmación no pude login, pense talvez hay que esperar, lo intente al siguiente dia y fue los mismo, y asi paso el periodo de prueba, imposible accesar, antes del dia de inicio he cancelado mi inscripción y reporte al app a Apple, esto parece un scam, al contacar a servicio al cliente respondió con preguntas y pidieron datos, despues contestó otra persona pidiendo datos de nuevo, y nunca solucionaron nada, pero obtuvieron mi apple user, he reportado esta app a Apple y me sugirieron cambiar password y mantener mi información confidencial, este es un posible scam!! ### 1/5 — Horrible experience *2020-04-07, version 2.3.2* I like the movies that they have but unfortunately i cannot watch any of them I have tried so many times to get a reset password link sent to my email but I have not received anything is so frustrating that I can’t login into my account to watch some of the movies that I payed for the app I would really appreciate it if someone can help me get this issue fixed .
