The quality is horrendous, and looks as if you’re watching on a non-HD channel. Fast forward and rewind also need some work. Love that replays are uploaded quickly. I live 20 mins from the arena and it constantly says I’m out of the area for games. Do yourself a favor, use a browser that has a vpn and use any of the streaming sites. When you first launch the app it asks you if you love the app every time. If you select yes it asks you to write a review and if you select no it directs you to speak to customer care. Configure the app to stop asking after 1 time. Please. Nobody wants to see that every time you open an app. That should be an easy fix. Then the experience watching the games is buggy at best. The stream makes it almost impossible to jump back to live TV if you fall behind after pausing. Constantly have to close and re-open the app to get it to work properly. Oh and sometimes it’ll randomly decide I’m not subscribed if I don’t close and re open the app as well. These are all fixable things. But right now it’s an annoying experience using the app. ### 1/5 — Please address *2025-04-14, version 1.6* App keeps losing audio or skipping stream. Not fun to watch. I wrote to the support people. They asked a bunch of questions but offered no solutions. Sometimes the games are available to watch 10 minutes after the post game show. Other times it is not available until the next day. You cannot start watching then back up to the beginning after the show has begun.
