### 3/5 — Good organization, but keeps closing

I’m loving the organization I have with this app, I can track what’s in my pantry and fridge, and know exactly what I need to use before it expires. It also gives recipe recommendations based on what you have in stock. However, the app CONSISTENTLY shuts down while I’m trying to use it. Especially when marking items “consumed”, it just closes and I have to start over. Hoping for a solution to that, soon.

Eigentlich ist das eine sinnvoll und schlicht gehaltene App, aber im Gegensatz zu der Darstellung im Apple-App-Store wird einem hier KEIN einmalige zu zahlender Life-Time-Zugang ermöglicht. Das Abo-Modell ist viel zu teuer! … aber der Entwickler meldet sich relativ schnell :-)

I think this app has a lot of potential but it doesn’t quite do what I hoped. All it does is track expiry dates on food. This app would be great if:

- You could indicate how much of something you have. It’s one thing to add a bottle of ketchup but if it’s 3/4 empty then you have an indicator of when you might run out. 
- Categories. I’d like to be able to sort by Dairy, Condiments, etc. 
-A way to auto add an item to a grocery list (or even better “smart” grocery lists that build based on expiry dates and date added.

Si vous rajouter ça je paye l’abonnement mais je suis deg pour le moment car mon but c’est de suivre mes articles et en même tant savoir ce que je peux faire à manger avec mes propres recettes

I bought the lifetime pass to this app to try to support the developer, so don’t take this as an attack! There is a lot of work to be done on this app. The scan and product fetching is very slow at times, same with the processing of expiration dates from scans. The app can lag for up to 30 seconds while trying to fetch information. When you’re doing a full pantry full of inventory that just isn’t acceptable for an app that is meant to streamline that process. It should not be faster to type in names by hand. I’m hoping that this gets addressed in the future updates. 

I would also really like to see a feature that allows you to sort, pantry items or fridge items by category. For example, the ability to sort by canned foods, sauces, grains, etc. this would make the app much more useful for meal planning and inventory management. Thank you!

Je viens de tester plusieurs applis et celle ci me convient très bien mais un axe d’amélioration serait de pouvoir avoir une annotation sur les articles pour stipuler quand ils sont entamés. Le code barre scanne le paquet entier mais ce serait bien de pouvoir ajouter une quantité Sinon parfait simple et efficace. Pratique pour savoir ce qu’il y a au fin fond du congélateur et des placards

Pour ne plus jamais gaspiller et oublier ce qu’il y a dans le frigo ou les placards, très bonne idée d’application ! Par contre il manque un rappel de correspondance entre la liste de courses et les produits existant dans le garde-manger ou dans le frigo, ceci afin d’éviter de racheter des produits qui sont déjà présents….
De plus la synchronisation tarde à se faire, ne se fait que à la demande ?? Bizarre 
Le partage est défectueux également…

Sync worked once or twice and hasn’t worked since. It’s been four months since we contacted the developer and still only, my husband can/is able to use the app ☹️

I really wanted this product will work well as I need it to sort out things in the refrigerator. Signed up for the three day trial and tried to exercise the various features of the product. Some basic features worked fine and others did not. I wrote to the Help email as listed in the app, and never heard back to my questions, suggestions, and request for assistance with features. So, canceled my subscription and deleted the app. Gave it two stars for the features that did work OK.

Seit der Umstellung von der Familiennutzung auf den „Haushalt“ sind bei uns alle Daten weg und man kann auch nicht mehr zusammen connecten. Der link funktioniert nicht. Schade. Somit ist die App für uns unbrauchbar geworden. Jahresabbo gekündigt und App gelöscht.

es tut mir sehr leid für die Probleme nach dem letzten Update. Mit der neuen Version wurden die Daten auf das neue „Haushalt“-System migriert. Dabei können alte geteilte Listen leider nicht mehr wie zuvor funktionieren; stattdessen muss der neue Haushalt erneut geteilt werden.

In vielen Fällen sind die Daten nicht endgültig verloren, sondern müssen über den neuen Haushalt wieder korrekt verknüpft werden. Bitte schreiben Sie mir an feedback@cafournier.com, damit ich mir Ihren Fall genauer ansehen und Ihnen beim Wiederherstellen bzw. erneuten Teilen helfen kann.

Wir mussten leider unser Geld zurückerstatten lassen, da vom Support keine Reaktion mehr kam und unser Problem nach über einer Woche nicht gelöst wurde. Das Grundprinzip dieser App ist es, gemeinsam mit weiteren Personen im Haushalt, seinen Vorrat und Bestand an Lebensmitteln und Co. im Überblick zu behalten. Dies war genau das, was mein Partner und ich gesucht hatten. Die meisten bieten kein Co-Working an. Leider hat genau diese Funktion nur bedingt funktioniert. Die neu hinzugefügten Artikel von meinem Partner werden mir nicht angezeigt, genauso wenig wenn etwas verbraucht oder weggeworfen wurde. Meine Aktionen sieht er allerdings, aber auch nur teilweise. Wir haben alles über die iCloud geteilt und verbunden, daher dürften diese Probleme nicht sein. Wirklich schade, aber so hat die App keinen Nutzen für uns!

Bonjour,

Dans un premier temps, l’application a un bon potentiel. 

Seulement il nous est impossible de tracer nos achats. Il n’y a également pas la possibilité de résilier son abonnement sur l’application, sur le site internet et sur l’Apple store. 

Pour ma part, j’ai pris un achat à vie avec 7 jours d’essais gratuits… Impossible à résilier alors que j’en suis au premier jour ! 
L’application n’est également pas très intuitive pour le partage familial, c’est d’ailleurs la raison pour laquelle je souhaitais résilier mon abonnement. Peut-être qu’un espace FAQ sur votre site et/ou un tuto sur l’application seraient les bienvenus pour répondre à nos questions et faciliter la compréhension de l’application.

De plus, je relate deux derniers problèmes et non des moindres…
En effet, mon fils ayant installé l’application pour chez lui n’a pas la possibilité d’accéder à l’offre à vie, alors que ma fille et moi même, si. 
En voulant faire un dernier test, mon mari n’a pas non plus eu accès à l’offre à vie (mais seulement à l’annuelle et la mensuelle, comme mon fils) alors que ma belle fille oui. 

Enfin, Il y a également une discordance de prix d’un utilisateur à l’autre. On proposait à mon mari un abonnement mensuel à 3,99€ et à mon fils un abonnement à 2,99€. Idem pour ma belle-fille et moi qui n’avions pas les mêmes prix… Pourquoi ?

UPDATE:To be fair, the developer did acknowledge my review and told me to send him a screenshot and everything and they would try to help me with my problem.
But after reading ALL of the information on the app; I have decided that this app is for people that has more time than I do. Not to say that this is a bad app or anything at all. Please don’t misunderstand that, but this would not be compatible with me. Thank you, developer, for all your attention and help and I’m sure this is a good app. I will repeat that, but it’s just not for me. Thank you and keep up your good work because to me an app is only as good as the developer.Which to me means keeping up with your apps perAcknowledging your reviews is one of the most important thing in my opinion. This app is so useful in helping me organize, shop and reduce food waste! This is exactly what I needed to track what I have when needing to grocery shop and meal plan. 
Love the features of adding a picture, categories and adding a price. 

Very easy to scan newly purchased food items with the expiration date and to track the date it is opened. Love this! This is so helpful!!
I do agree with a reviewer that it would helpful to track if a product needs to be consumed within “x” days of opening.

Allows you to keep an inventory of all your items, as well as a running list of things in your fridge and even has a respective section for a shopping list.  It also syncs your data in iCloud.

I have used another application for a number of years to help me track food expiration dates, but decided to give this one a try. Very happy I did, it’s super easy to use and has a pretty extensive food database. And I don’t even have to type in the expiration date, it reads it itself! Well done.

The only feature I can think of is to show if a package of something has been opened. Sometimes packages say things like “consume within five days of opening“ and it would be nice to be able to track that.

Its customization features are outstanding, making it incredibly easy to manage our lists, pantry, fridge, and any items we want to purchase. You can effortlessly create tailored lists by store or any category you need. Overall, it's an excellent tool for organizing your shopping experience. Great job on this app!
