genuinely helped my social media addiction, i recommend this app to anyone who finds themselves on social media too much.

I noticed a huge difference after just a few days of using Pants. I’m spending far less time on social media because I’m no longer getting trapped in doom scrolling. I get to work faster, stay more focused, and even waste less time mindlessly scrolling in the bathroom. In fact, I don’t do it at all now!

The biggest issue with social media platforms is how hard they push reels and recommended content. They know exactly what keeps people hooked, and I got tired of it.

Still, I don’t want to completely disconnect, because social media is one of the easiest ways to stay in touch with friends. ( I miss old Instagram) 

Pants solves that really well. It blocks reels and also lets you block recommended posts on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. So I can still use social media without getting sucked in.

The widget is also a great touch. It has quick functions that make everything easy and convenient to use.

Put your Pants on and stop doom scrolling.
