I called customer care and they said that it is coming from Deerfield mall which is just opposite to my place. I was waiting waiting and at 11:00 pm I called the customer care again and then again they said its on the way. 2 hours to deliver a pizza from the restaurant just opposite to my place is unacceptable. On top of that when the pizza arrived at 11:15 pm it wasn’t sliced into pieces neither did they send the garlic butter that comes with every Papa John’s pizza. This is not the service I expect from a chain like Papa John’s. It used to be my favorite pizza place but not anymore. The attitude of the delivery boy saying this is not my problem it is from the restaurant. I just did not like the service at all. Never ever getting a Papa John’s again.
