Agree with the other reviewers.  Stuck and App does not work to unlock bike!  I would give negative stars if possible!

Tried to register this app on my Android as well as iPad Pro. Did not receive verification through text, and the app did not allow the password I created even though it conformed to their standards. The phone number provided for support was invalid. Our hotel staff confirmed that many people have this problem.

The hotel used their master key to provide us bikes. Agree with another user that they are not the best. Short battery life and minimal power up hills compared to other e-bikes we have used.

These bikes are terrible.  They don’t have enough power to get you up the very steep hills on the Papaguta Penninsula.  Even worse they are extremely heavy so it it very difficult to even walk the bike up a hill after it poops out.  Don’t do it.  And the brakes don’t work well.   We wasted half a day of our vacation with these bikes.   I’d give zero stars if I could.
