看下载好的视频经常闪退，连接记录仪以后记录仪的保存录像键就不能用了，手机上点保存没任何作用。连接好记录仪不能退出程序，要不然gps记录会不更新。总体就是一个垃圾软件。

千万别买Papago的记录仪，买了五年没用过，今年在高速上有人危险驾驶，想去翻看视频的时候发现相隔3米竟然都看不到对方的车牌，糊的，如果你不小心买了它家的记录仪，不用犹豫，赶快退，当然，也可能我买的型号跟你不一样，建议买到之后立马上高速试一下，不行抓紧退，真的很垃圾

S36 4K 一代拍摄的视频在Papago 软件中回放，速率都正常。但是下载到手机后播放就会慢放，手机型号苹果12pmx。原卡视频在电脑上播放没有问题，偶尔会有几段播放时，会降到1024分辨率，文件属性4K，码率也没有问题，现在用的卡是新卡，铠侠256G，高速卡。开始用这卡的时候，是试过回放，下载到手机回放都没有问题的。期间，Papago App 更新过一次…好像就是更新产生这样？问题的。希望可以解决

讲实话，就这样的软件，基本说明行车记录仪卖不出去，否则稍微花点钱找个外包团队都不至于把软件做成这样子，UI特别业余，很多功能基本形同虚设，刚毕业的学生做出来的感觉，三年后还是看到没有任何变化。基本上想看监控记录都得拔sd卡去看，对手机端软件不要抱什么幻想
